As a New Mexican, the value and importance of community and realization that we depend on each other to succeed will always be a cornerstone of my business. 

I am dedicated to learning and investing time and energy into helping my community to better manage their stressful lives by working together to incorporate massage therapy and its benefits in their lives.

I have experience as a medical assistant and over 5 years of massage therapy experience with a locally owned franchise. During this time, I have taken continuing education courses and applied knowledge to facilitate neuromuscular therapy, cupping therapy, and stretching programs. I specialize in physical, chronic, and mental pain relief by working with you to focus on areas of the body that are holding on to and storing stress.

My hope and goals are that Rio Rancho Massage Therapy and Stretch clients make us part of their regular stress management plan to maintain a healthy and relaxing lifestyle.
